Dear parents,

Welcome everyone to the 4th term for this year.

Across the school, in the Arabic classes, the students have been working really hard in their writing, reading and spelling tests. All the students have been given homework and they need to be encouraged to work with their parents, to move forward with their learning. Students are motivated to improve their overall language skills and with the help of all parents, they can consolidate their mother language. In class, the program is structured to assist them to achieve their levels. The Interactive Whiteboard (IWB), fun activities, bingo games and videos are often used in the sessions.

Memorisation

Students are competing against each other to memorize the Surah in Arabic. By doing this, we are encouraging our students to recite the Quran respectively. With your support, this task will be easily managed. From the start of term four, most students have been learning one or two Surah at the same time.

I think Arabic has been a great class, I love it! My Arabic teacher explains everything well. Usually I found Arabic hard but now, it is much easier and fun. I have been enjoying my classes a lot. Mehak Ahmad

Mrs. Tagrid, our Arabic teacher, allows us all to have one of the funniest classes in the school. She prepares us all well. We play games, we have spelling tests, and do reading and writing. She always helps us and I think Arabic is the best class here. Our work is always so much fun with her. She has a good understanding of all of us. Thank you, Mrs. Tagrid. Mariam El-Haouli
